About This Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 3–5 years of experience to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proven track record in acquiring clients, and the ability to build long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for business growth
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Strong ability to connect, engage, and build trust with clients
- Proven experience in client acquisition and deal closure
- Ability to understand business needs and offer tailored solutions
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
- Good organizational and time management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT services / web development / digital solutions industry
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
- Understanding of international client handling
