About This Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 3–5 years of experience to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proven track record in acquiring clients, and the ability to build long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients
  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for business growth
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills
  • Strong ability to connect, engage, and build trust with clients
  • Proven experience in client acquisition and deal closure
  • Ability to understand business needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
  • Good organizational and time management skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in IT services / web development / digital solutions industry
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
  • Understanding of international client handling
